Hangzhou Feierda Precision Mold Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Hengbin Technology Co., Ltd. were established in 2001 and are headquartered in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. The company has a 300-person team, a 25,000 sqm Xiaoshan facility and a 35,000 sqm Anhui facility.
We focus on precision plastic part manufacturing, mold development and injection molding integration. Our quality system has passed ISO9001 and TS16949 certification, supporting controlled production for automotive, home appliance and new energy applications.

The Xiaoshan factory is equipped with machining centers including GENTIGER GT-66V, Makino F5, Gamma series, Hoda 1270 and HUNCO VM10, plus SODICK EDM and wire-cutting equipment.
- Injection molding range: 90T, 100T, 120T, 160T, 200T, 250T, 300T, 600T, 800T, 1000T, 1250T and 3000T.
- Inspection equipment: projector, 2.5D measuring system, CMM, height gauge and Rockwell hardness tester.
- Production organization: mold workshop, injection workshop, engineering, warehouse, PMC and quality teams working together.
